Pool and Spa Inspections
Pool & Spa Inspections
Find out if the pool in your dream home is as good as it seems.
Swimming pools are great, but there could be a problem.
Many families dream of having a spa or pool on their property. All that luxury can come with hidden costs. Swimming pools can be expensive to maintain and costly to repair. A pool inspection is a wise investment.
Check Your Pool for high-cost issues
Complex systems such as spas and pools have many moving parts and seals that can wear over time. While some repairs are caused by normal wear and tear, others may be due to poor maintenance or poor installation. These are the most common problems that can prove costly to fix.
Main Pool Structure
Cracked walls, worn linings, and deteriorating surfaces are all signs of problems with the pool’s structure. Repairing or resurfacing a pool’s structure can be costly and could cost thousands.
Equipment
To make a pool work, you need several pieces of equipment. Most equipment failures are caused by the heater, filter pump, motor, and motor. These components need to be replaced. Although it is less costly than fixing structural problems, equipment replacement or repair can still be expensive.
Plumbing Leaks
The pool water is continuously pumped through pipes to reach the heater and filter. This system, like all plumbing systems, is susceptible to leakage. We will inspect all plumbing to find any signs of problems.
For safety, inspect your pool
A pool can also pose dangers and increase your liability. To ensure safety, it is important to inspect the pool and surrounding areas. The following safety issues are examined by us:
