Tim is truly the best. As a Realtor, my duty is to protect my clients, I’ve never felt more confident in recommending any vendor to my buyers than I do Tim. He is thorough, honest, and RESPONSIVE. He makes it clear that his job isn’t done once the report is delivered – he has spent hours on the phone with clients unable to attend walk-throughs. Highly recommend opting into the sewer scope as a plumber will charge $300+ for the same service and not many inspectors have the tools or equipment that Tim does to include a sewer scope in as part of the inspection.
